2022 CHaD Battle of the Badges Hockey Championship
Event Details
After a year away, the hottest rivalry on ice returns to SNHU Arena! Join police officers, firefighters, and hockey-loving fans for the 2022 CHaD Battle of the Badges Hockey Championship, presented by AutoFair. Game day is Sunday, March 13 at 1p.m. as these community heroes raise money for kids and programs at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD).
In-person tickets are available for general admission in a limited capacity and sold online at CHaDHockey.org. Tickets are required for each individual upon entry - online ticket sales end Friday, March 11, at 4 p.m. Ample space will be available for social distancing.
The law enforcement and fire & rescue personnel began practice in November while each raising at least $1,500 each for CHaD, The last time the teams met on the ice, a virtual streaming audience saw Fire win its second game in a row in March 2020. Team Police won the fundraising battle again as Manchester’s Kyle Daly surpassed $100,000 in total fundraising with a game-leading effort. The game has now raised nearly $2.7 million in its 13 years.
Funds raised by the game help to further CHaD's mission: to provide the right care, in the right place at the right time, every time. Proceeds from the game maintain and grow CHaD's child life and complex care programs, provide complimentary patient and family support services, and much more.
Tickets, information about the complimentary live stream, rosters, and volunteer opportunities are available by visiting CHaDHockey.org.
Can’t make the game? Tune into the live stream and consider making a donation to CHaD today!
