Ticket purchses can be made online at Ticketmaster.com for all future events currently on sale.
If you have questions regarding tickets purchased for events that have been postponed, please contact us by clicking HERE, this is for tickets purchased at the SNHU Arena Box Office. Representatives will respond as soon as possible, please allow up to 96 hours for email responses. If you purchased tickets via Ticketmaster please call customer service at 800-653-8000. Always we encourage our patrons to connect with the point of purchase for all ticket related questions. If the point of purchase is temporarily closed, refund will be made available when the establishment is reopened.
With Mobile Entry you will be able to enter an event without the need of a physical ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home the moment you arrive at the venue. You can now use our mobile app or go to our site via the browser on your mobile to device to access your order and present the ticket barcode. The ticket taker will scan it as if it was a physical ticket and you’re in.

Select shows offer group discounts, each show sets their own discount rate and group quantity number. Traditionally concerts do not offer group ticket purchases. Contact information for the select group shows is as follows:

When a concert or event has been cancelled, take the tickets to the place of purchase for a full refund. Ticketmaster phone and Internet charges are automatically credited.
Box Office Purchases:
If tickets were purchased in person at the SNHU Arena Box Office please do the following so that a refund can be issued for the canceled performance.

Please include the following:
- All tickets to be refunded, must have been purcahsed at the SNHU Arena Box Office
- Full name of ticket buyer
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Email address
Once tickets are received you will receive an email in 72 hours to schedule a call to secure your credit card information to process the refund. If paid via cash, a check will be issued and mailed directly. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
When a concert or event has been postponed, hold onto your tickets for they will be honored for the rescheduled date. Postponed shows require no action on your part. Continue to stay informed for new dates at SNHUArena.com.
Charity Ticket Donations
Interested organizations must provide a letter on official letterhead to the SNHU Arena. Please include the date of your event, type of not-for-profit organization and your Federal Tax ID. Donation requests should be mailed to SNHU Arena, Attn: Charitable Donations at 555 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101. The SNHU Arena tries to honor as many requests as we can, requiring us to focus on the need within New Hampshire. Please note not all requests can be honored, however, group discounts are available in certain cases.
